What are some suggestions, and techniques about overcoming fatigue. Yesterday I was at the range around 3pm and it was so hot, that my swing was off and I couldn’t practice effectively. I want to learn to become better at the sport..not necessarily to play for the PGA. Also, any suggestions about proper apparel to practicing at the range? I am practice at a public range, it is not a country club.
Also, why do my knuckles feel so sore, like arthritis?

What Insurance company offers insurance for my golf clubs while traveling?
